Our
Mission

To glorify God by growing in Jesus, serving Jesus, and sharing Jesus with the world, through the power of the Holy Spirit. We seek to embody this mission by being with Jesus so that we might become like Jesus and do the things that Jesus does.

Sunday Morning
Classes and Worship

Our Sunday Morning Classes for all ages meet at 9:00 a.m. in the Main Building and the Community Center. Worship begins at 10:00 a.m. in the Worship Center in the Main Building. If you are not feeling well or are away, you can attend one of our Adult Bible Classes or worship virtually on our YouTube channel.

Life
Groups

We do not strive to be a church with Life Groups, but to be a church of Life Groups. Life Group sign-ups for the fall began on August 4 and will end on August 25. An ice cream social to launch our new season of Life Groups will be held on September 8 at 6:00 p.m.

  • “For Christ also suffered for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, in order to bring you to God. He was put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit…”

    1 Peter 3:18
  • “O give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, those he redeemed from trouble and gathered in from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.”

    Psalm 107:1–3
  • “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.”

    John 3:16–17
  • “The days are surely coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. It will not be like the covenant that I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt—a covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, says the LORD.”

    Jeremiah 31:31–32
  • “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery; you shall have no other gods before me.”

    Exodus 20:2-3
  • “For this reason it depends on faith, in order that the promise may rest on grace and be guaranteed to all his descendants, not only to the adherents of the law but also to those who share the faith of Abraham (for he is the father of all of us, as it is written, ‘I have made you the father of many nations’)—in the presence of the God in whom he believed, who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist.”

    Romans 4:16–17
  • “O give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his steadfast love endures forever!… I thank you that you have answered me and have become my salvation. The stone that the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. This is the LORD’S doing; it is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

    Psalm 118:21–24
  • “The Lord GOD helps me; therefore I have not been disgraced; therefore I have set my face like flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame; he who vindicates me is near.”

    Isaiah 50:7–8a
  • “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me. Do not cast me away from your presence, and do not take your holy spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and sustain in me a willing spirit.”

    Psalm 51:10–12
  • “Blessed are you, O LORD; teach me your statutes. With my lips I declare all the ordinances of your mouth. I delight in the way of your decrees as much as in all riches. I will meditate on your precepts, and fix my eyes on your ways. I will delight in your statutes; I will not forget your word.”

    Psalm 119:12–16
  • “For the message about the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God…. For God’s foolishness is wiser than human wisdom, and God’s weakness is stronger than human strength.”

    1 Corinthians 1:18, 25
  • “All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD; and all the families of the nations shall worship before him. For dominion belongs to the LORD, and he rules over the nations.”

    Psalm 22:27–28
  • “Is not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of injustice, to undo the thongs of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke? Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover them, and not to hide yourself from your own kin?”

    Isaiah 58:6–7
  • “Make me to know your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all day long. Be mindful of your mercy, O LORD, and of your steadfast love, for they have been from of old. Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for your goodness’ sake, O LORD!”

    Psalm 25:4–7
  • “But I trust in you, O LORD; I say, ‘You are my God.’ My times are in your hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and persecutors. Let your face shine upon your servant; save me in your steadfast love.”

    Psalm 31:14–16
  • “The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims his handiwork. Day to day pours forth speech, and night to night declares knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words; their voice is not heard; yet their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.”

    Psalm 19:1–4
  • “Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not regard equality with God as something to be exploited, but emptied himself, taking the form of a slave, being born in human likeness. And being found in human form, he humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death — even death on a cross.”

    Philippians 2:5–8
  • “But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.”

    Ephesians 2:4–7
